      • There were technical issues on our end that prevented successful completion of the transaction.
      • The request for a refund is made within 3 days of placing the order and is subject to the non-starting of the service as requested.

      • Reason for the refund request
    • Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

      • Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
    • One-Time Purchases:
      • Cancellations for one-time purchases are not available once the service has been successfully delivered.
